JOB SUMMARY:

Harrison HealthPartners is a rapidly expanding 72 Provider multispecialty medical group associated with Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, WA. We provide award winning, patient-focused healthcare to best meet the needs of patients throughout the Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas. We are seeking an innovative, patient focused individual to manage our Cardiovascular Consultants ambulatory clinic.

Cardiovascular Consultants is a 9 provider clinic that includes both invasive and non-invasive cardiologists who perform cardiac echo, cardiac stress testing, nuclear cardiology, cardiac ultrasound and general cardiology services in the clinic. Cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology and other cardiac procedures are performed in a new, state-of-the art cardiovascular services center at Harrison Medical Center. Close collaboration with our cardiothoracic and vascular surgery groups is essential. The clinic has five regional outreach programs providing cardiovascular consulting services on a regular schedule throughout the Olympic Peninsula.

The manager supports and is responsible for the daily administrative operations and leadership of the clinic practice including supervision of all staff, budget preparation and variance analysis, strategic planning and program development, service excellence and patient satisfaction, revenue cycle management, and program marketing. Coordinates activities including growth objectives, regional outreach clinics, space allocation and operations improvement. Is an integral member of the Administrative Leadership Team for Harrison HealthPartners.

Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience related to operations and system management, EMR systems, HR management, national quality initiative reporting, and customer service.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Ideal candidate will have three or more years of cardiology management experience or general practice management experience. Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's degree in a health related field preferred. Master's degree welcome.
